Where do we ship to?

We ship to all 50 states except Maine, Ohio and New York. We also ship to P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges may vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order. Standard shipping is the only shipping option for PO Boxes. At this time shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories carries a $9.99 surcharge.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping service to the 48 contiguous States takes 3 – 5 business days*. Expedited shipping is available on either a 2 or 3 day basis to the 48 contiguous States. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories are ineligible for expedited shipping. Orders must be placed before Noon EST in order to be shipped out same day. If your order is placed after Noon EST, the first counted day of transit is the first business day AFTER your order ships (ie: if your package ships on Friday, Monday will be the first day of transit, and so on). This means that an order shipped via 1-2 Day shipping on Monday should be delivered by Wednesday. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. On the date of delivery, packages are typically delivered by end of day. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, incorrect addresses, or Acts of God.

*Order shipments are subject to credit approval and processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Please note, incorrect billing or credit card account information for an order can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Zohko customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and notify you via email.

Who handles the shipments?

Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS. Other orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on package size, weight and delivery location.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions on how to track your package.

Should I ship to my PO Box or my street address?

If you are unable to receive US Postal Service deliveries at your street address, we recommend that you enter your PO Box address if your order will be shipped via standard or free shipping.

Expedited orders typically are delivered via FedEx, which does not offer delivery to PO Boxes. If you are choosing an expedited shipping method such as  2 Business Day, please enter your street address instead of your PO Box to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
